A Luxury Villa in Sanlúcar de Barrameda
The villa is located on the secure Sanlúcar Club de Campo golf complex and is equipped to a high standard including the luxuries you would expect from a private home. The villa is detached and stands in it’s own landscaped gardens leading down to the pool area, which over looks the 1st fairway, the surrounding sherry fields and the Guadalquivir river.
If you are looking for a luxury home, the real Spain, peace and tranquility but close enough to the hustle and bustle of a busy town and tourist destination the villa is ideal.
The villa sleeps up to 12 people, fully air conditioned located on the Sanlúcar de Barrameda golf course. The villa has views over the first hole of the Sanlúcar golf course with a private 8x4m pool (heated at an additional cost), garden of 800m² with BBQ and garden furniture.
Close to Golf, Beach & Amenities
The golf course has two café bars with more bars and restaurants near by and in the town centre of Sanlúcar. The villa is only 4km from the Sanlúcar beaches and local to bars and restaurants. Off street parking is available for two cars and parking is available in front of the villa. Towels (not including beach/pool towels) and bed linen are included in the rental rates.

Deposits
A deposit of 50% will be required immediately with the balance being payable six weeks before the start of the holiday or on arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. Should your deposit be paid by PayPal this deposit payment only will incur an additional 10% administration charge. Please note no pets are allowed in any of our properties.
Required Dates
Please include dates and any other information in the booking form. Once your booking is confirmed we will write to you including a small map or detailed instructions on how to reach your rental property. Some landlords may require a security deposit on arrival.
Long Term Rental
If applicable, long term rent is payable one month in advance plus one month rent as a deposit.
Same Sex Groups
Same sex group bookings are accepted but will be required to pay a security deposit before occupation of the villa which will be fully refundable upon validation of the Villa condition upon exit.
